Plan your visit

Come once.
Decide later.

Nobody will single you out, put you on a mailing list, or ask you to give. Show up, sit wherever, leave when it's over. That's the whole deal.

Service times

When to show up

Two identical Sunday services. Pick whichever fits your morning — the 9 AM tends to be quieter, the 11 AM fuller.

The 11:00 AM service is interpreted in American Sign Language every week.

The hour itself

Four things happen, in roughly this order.

Worship

Live music to open. It's loud and people are expressive — hands up, kneeling, singing. Sitting quietly is equally fine and nobody is watching you.

Communion

Taken every week and open to everyone in the room, member or not. Prayer for healing often happens around this point in the service.

Offering

Collected after worship, with a spoken declaration over it. Visitors are not expected to give — this part is for people who already call this home.

Teaching

Usually 35–45 minutes from Pastor Jamey or Nicole VanGelder, working from a passage of scripture. Recorded and posted afterward.

Worth knowing up front: this is a charismatic church. Speaking in tongues, prophetic words, and prayer for healing are ordinary parts of a service here. If that's new to you, it may feel unfamiliar the first time. You're never obligated to participate.

House Kids

Check-in, in about ninety seconds

Classes run at both services for birth through 6th grade. Space is first-come, first-served by classroom capacity.

Step one Check in at the kids deskOff the main lobby. A volunteer walks you through the first time; after that it's self-serve.
Step two Take the tagYou and your child each get a matching code. If they need you, the code flashes on the sanctuary screen — and you'll get a text.
Step three Drop offBabies and toddlers go straight to their classrooms. Everyone else starts in the kids chapel, then splits by age.
Pick-up Right after serviceNo child is released without the matching coded tag.

Bring a labeled diaper bag with two diapers, a change of clothes and a bottle if needed. A gluten-free snack is provided; send your own for special diets. Every leader has passed a background check and safety training. If anyone at home has a fever or is sick, please stay home this week.

Before you come

Small questions, real answers

What should I wear?

Whatever you own. Jeans, work clothes, a dress — all of it shows up on a Sunday. Nobody here is dressed to be assessed.

Will I have to introduce myself in front of everyone?

No. There's no visitor stand-up, no spotlight, no card you're required to fill out. If you want to meet someone, the welcome desk is the easiest place to start.

How long is the service?

Plan on about 90 minutes. Prayer ministry often continues afterward for anyone who wants it, but you're free to leave when the service ends.

Can I take communion if I'm not a member?

Yes. Communion here is open — the invitation goes to everyone in the room.

Is there a nursery during both services?

Yes, at 9 and 11. Babies and toddlers have their own space with dedicated leaders. Rooms fill on a first-come basis, so arriving a few minutes early helps.

I'd rather watch from home first.

Reasonable. Sunday services stream and every past message is archived. Start there.
